Digux Managed Services provides our customers with proactive monitoring and maintenance for company workstations, servers, and network topology. We deploy sophisticated software to company machines, a.k.a Digux software agents, which captures and reports important system information to our centralized management servers for analysis. This enables Digux Consultants to head off computer problems before they become too serious and provide necessary ongoing maintenance. Digux software agents also enable remote patch management, hardware inventory, trouble ticketing, real time alerts, and remote desktop management. Digux Managed Services provide the tools Digux Consultants use to prevent system downtime which allows our customers to focus on business rather than computer problems. Digux Managed Services also includes monthly support from the Digux Consulting Team.
