Dustin Frost, Manager

Dustin Frost is the founder and manager of Digux, LLC. Since starting the company in 2003, Dustin has helped grow Digux's operations and expand its service offerings to more than 100 clients throughout Western Washington. Today, he continues to focus on client engagement and sales strategy as well as growing Digux' business intelligence and custom development division.
A results-oriented software and systems engineer with experience in system design, business development, and team collaboration, Dustin put this experience into action when he formed Digux. He realized that there was a real market need for service providers who could maintain a performance-driven technology platform through an outsourced business model, help companies keep their IT costs within budget, and improve the client experience.
Dustin's vision was for Digux to go beyond being a vendor and serve in an advisory capacity to clients - allowing them to feel confident in the choices they make, understand the business drivers behind technology, and more fully realize the impact it can have on their bottom line.
Dustin is recognized as an entrepreneurial thinker with proven ability to resolve complex problems which result in higher ROI and greater customer satisfaction. Given his breadth of industry knowledge, he is often solicited as a resource for market and technological research.
Prior to launching Digux, Frost was an early contributor to BlueSky Broadband, Inc., a company co-founded by his brother, Gabe Frost, and a pioneer in the ubiquitous broadband space. Initially hired as a consultant, Dustin helped define BlueSky's business plan and later joined the firm as an engineer, leading database design and development of the user interface for the company's flagship WiFi roaming platform.
He was also an instrumental team member of Gostnet Internet Services, a high speed internet services company that focused on underserved rural communities. During his tenure at Gostnet, Dustin developed customer provisioning and billing software and oversaw management of the company's internal and external websites.

Gabe Frost, Networking Technology Expert

Gabe Frost is a networking technology expert with extensive experience in core systems, architecture, security, and protocols, including enterprise systems design and implementation in the wired and wireless space. In his current role at Microsoft, Mr. Frost manages a product team within core Windows networking. He represents Microsoft on key initiatives within industry standards organizations and public forums, and is responsible for vision and strategy within his group.
Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Frost was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of BlueSky Broadband, a wireless technology company which developed significant advancements in the nascent WiFi hotspot roaming space. The company's intellectual property contributions focused on end-to-end value and experience for end users, service providers, and network operators.
At VoteHere, Inc., an election technology company, Mr. Frost was instrumental in unifying engineering, operations, and sales team efforts to expedite delivery of the company's flagship product to market. He also served as manager for vendor and partner relationships relating to global voting infrastructure and played a key role in facilitating the RFP process for a government contract for military online voting.
At Aerzone, Inc. Mr. Frost played a prominent role in architecting and deploying wireless networks in airport and hotel hotspots located around the globe. Mr. Frost has authored papers and patents in the fields of network quality-of-service (QoS), wireless communications, and ubiquitous computing. He has also authored and contributed to a number of networking industry standards and has been recognized by industry and academic organizations for his excellence in business innovation and strategy.

Alexander Ryseff is currently an associate at Digux and is in charge of our network administration responsibilities. Performing remote and onsite support, Alexander provides proactive services that drive down reactive services.
Alexander implements "The Digux Way" which requires an abundant level of talent in the I.T. industry by maintaining knowledge of the client environment, implementing best practices, administrative checklists, verification of services, customer satisfaction, and educating the Digux team about the aforementioned collected information.
Before joining Digux he was a Territory Manager at Acosta Sales and Marketing for three and half years. He managed the northern Seattle area, helping to increase the sales of the products Acosta represented.
Alexander made the move to Information Technology since it is more closely related to his Computer Science Degree, which he is now pursuing at the University of Washington. Alexander has a passion for working on and with computers since a young age, and with his position at Digux, he is now fulfilling his childhood aspiration.

Nathan Peters, Development Expert

Nathan Peters has four years of professional experience in software engineering, including one and a half years working in a pure development (OOP) team for a well-known medium-size company. He has worked with a large number of clients in the Puget Sound region, helping them gather business intelligence (“BI”), integrate data into and out of their accounting systems, and automate business processes. He also worked on the back-end architecture used across all major systems at a major Internet company.
Having graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Finance, he has proven time and again his ability to take business requirements from end users and turn them into real solutions that have a drastic impact on companies’ abilities to automate processes and gather key information related to profitability and performance.
He has implementation experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, C#/ASP.NET, SharePoint, LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP), Microsoft Great Plains, Microsoft Axapta (MorphX/X++ development), warehouse management systems, Oracle EBS integrations, Oracle Business Intelligence (“OBIEE”), Search Engine Marketing (“SEM”) integrations via APIs, and ETLs to Data Warehouses (SSIS/Informatica/custom development).
He is comfortable with both *NIX and Windows environments, and is knowledgeable in versioning systems (Git/SVN/CVS), design methods, and unit/integration testing.

Mark V. Jordan is an attorney with Invicta Law Group, PLLC. He practices in the areas of commercial and corporate law with an emphasis on intellectual property, E-commerce, Internet, entertainment and international joint venture transactions.
Mr. Jordan's commercial practice includes licensing, foreign and domestic distribution, joint ventures, sale of artistic rights, publishing, motion picture sales and multimedia transactions. He also has extensive experience in trademark registration, prosecution and litigation.
His corporate practice includes selection and formation of new businesses, asset/stock purchases, reorganizations and financing. He has tried, arbitrated and mediated many commercial cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Jordan earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and LL.M. (International and Comparative Law) from Notre Dame Law School.

George Thornton, Business Expert

Mr. Thorton received his B.A in Economics at Columbia University and his law degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a managing partner at the firm of Thornton & Mostul, PLLC.
Mr. Thorton was designated by Washington Law and Politics magazine as "Superlawyer 2001".
